Kalvin Tristan Rivas

Kalvin Tristan Rivas didn’t set out to become a real estate agent — he set out to build something meaningful.
Kalvin’s path began in music and entertainment. He attended SAE Institute of Technology in Nashville, where he trained in audio engineering, then spent years working with Live Nation concert promotions across Arizona, Tennessee, Texas, and California. Along the way, he built genuine relationships with artists, musicians, producers, and entrepreneurs — the kind that come from actually being part of a community, not from a marketing plan.
Those years taught Kalvin something that stuck: creativity, persistence, and vision have the power to change lives. And somewhere along the way, he recognized a second truth — ownership creates opportunity.
That belief became the foundation of Repercussion Realty. Licensed in 2019 and now leading his own independent brokerage in Southern California, Kalvin brings the same authenticity that shaped his music career into every real estate relationship — serving first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and fellow members of the Creative Class: musicians, filmmakers, designers, and entrepreneurs who want an agent who doesn’t just understand their world, but comes from it.
Whether it’s a first home, an investment property, or a strategic sale, Kalvin’s approach stays the same: real, honest, one relationship at a time.

Ownership creates opportunity, that’s the belief Repercussion Realty is built on.
